Wishing you Sacks full of Joy

Hi Everyone!!!  I am here today to give you a bit of inspiration. For my creation today, I made a flap card.  I am using an image from "Mulberry Wood EZMount Stamp Set - Dreams of Santa".  The whole Mulberry Wood collection is so cute, so be sure to check them out HERE.

I stamped my image onto premium white card stock and colored it using the Spectrum Noir Markers. These are some really great markers and I am using them all the time.  I used one of my dies and cut out my colored image and for the mat behind it. I added a bit of sparkle using my stickles.  I added a few snowflakes with pearls in the centers.

The main directions can be found HERE.  If you know me by now, I modified the directions to make a slightly larger card. Closed size is 4 1/4 x 6.

To make a flap card, you will need a piece of card stock 6 x 11 1/2.  Score this piece of card stock at 3 and again at 7 1/4.

Fold these score lines.  The smaller scored piece will be the front of the card.  Decorate as you please.  I added a small piece of velcro to hold my card closed, but this isn't needed.

Here is a picture of the first flap opened:

And finally all the way opened. So much room to add embellishments.

Keep checking  Crafter's Companion  for the new releases that are happening all the time. Don't forget to check out the Challenge blog with a Strips and Dots challenge going on. With a chance to win an awesome prize!!!!!

See you all next Friday with another creation, until then, Happy Stamping!!!!!
